Find answers to common questions about shipment tracking

Your tracking number is provided at the time of shipment booking. You can find it on your receipt, booking confirmation email, or the shipping label. If you're the recipient, check with the sender for your tracking number.
Tracking information is updated in real-time at each checkpoint. Major status changes (like departure, arrival, and out for delivery) are updated immediately. During transit between facilities, updates may occur every 4-6 hours.
If your tracking hasn't updated for more than 48 hours during transit, please contact our customer support with your tracking number. In most cases, this just means your package is between scanning locations.
Yes! If you have a FastLog account, you can add multiple tracking numbers to your dashboard for easy monitoring. Business accounts can track up to 100 shipments simultaneously.
"In Transit" means your package is on its way to the next facility in our network. This could be via road, air, or rail transport. During this time, tracking updates may be less frequent until it reaches the next scanning location.
