Dear Partner,

Please follow these instructions before the pickup schedule:

The parcel must be properly packed.
If the shipment contains fragile items, a ‘FRAGILE’ label must be applied.
Liquid products must be sealed properly with no leakage.
Pickup executive will wait a maximum of 10 minutes.
Failure to comply may lead to pickup rejection.
Print and paste the Pickup Request Form on the parcel.
Attach a copy of the invoice and hand it over.
For any last-minute issues, contact the local office or pickup executive.
